Olympus Grip 365 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Fitnix strives to make you the best product possible. If, for any reason, you are having any problems with your Olympus Grip, please contact us so we can help. We stand behind our product and offer a 365-day limited warranty. Please note: If you tamper with your Olympus Grip by making any alterations to it this will void your warranty. Certain exclusions apply, as further described in this Limited Warranty. The Olympus Grip is not warranted against normal wear and tear and it is important that you maintain your Olympus Grip, by inspecting your Olympus Grip regularly for any damage, loose parts or other signs of wear and tear that could cause breakdowns or part failures.

WHAT IS COVERED

Olympus Grip

Fitnix, LLC warrants to the original purchaser of this Fitnix product that the equipment is free from defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below. This warranty is not transferable or applicable to any person other than the original purchaser. Tampering with the unit will void the warranty. 

FITNIX GUARANTEE: Fitnix will replace your Olympus Grip or parts in the event your Olympus Grip or parts cannot be repaired. Please note, we cannot guarantee that we can replace the exact color of the Olympus Grip you purchased. Special colors may be replaced with an alternate, in-stock color.

The service plan does not cover: deterioration of the appearance of the product, abuse of the product, normal wear and tear including any cosmetic part or finish defects such as paint, or plastic, dents, scratches, chips, breakage, loss, rust or peeling. Please see the full warranty terms and conditions below for more detail. 

*Straps, Tube Bands, Loop Bands, Jump Rope, and the Back Pack are normal wear items and are not covered under the warranty.

The Phone Mount is not covered under warranty. It was not designed to be indestructible, rather it was designed to absorb energy and break upon impact of a fall so momentum of a hit is transferred to the phone mount rather than your phone. 

WARRANTY

  • Fitnix, LLC warrants this product to be free of manufacturing defects for 365 days from the date of delivery.

WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER

  • The Olympus Grip has a load limit of 300 pounds (136kg). Anything above that may damage the Olympus Grip. 
  • The X Anchor Mount load limit above 300 pounds (136kg). Anything above that may damage the X Anchor Mount. X Anchor Mounts installed outside or areas where it can get wet are not covered.  
  • Straps, Tube Bands, Loop Bands, Jump Rope, and Backpack. These are all wear items that should be replaced after repeated use. 
  • Damage due to normal wear and tear.
  • Damage due to abuse, accident, failure to follow instructions or warnings, misuse, mishandling, accident or Acts of God (such as floods or earthquakes).
  • Consequential or incidental damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

WHAT WE WILL REPAIR

During your Warranty Coverage Period, Fitnix, LLC will repair any Olympus Grip equipment that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible, Fitnix LLC, at its option, will either replace your equipment or refund your purchase price, less shipping and handling.

Fitnix LLC reserves the right to substitute material of equal or better quality if identical materials are not available at the time of service under this Warranty. The replacement of the product under the terms of the Warranty in no way extends the warranty period.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

To be eligible for service under this Limited Warranty you must contact the Fitnix Support team. You will be asked to provide Fitnix with the serial number of your Olympus Grip and the dated receipt, or other proof of purchase indicating the date purchased, upon discovering any nonconformity or defect. Claims must be made within the specified warranty period.

NOTE:

In the event your product needs to be shipped to our service center, Fitnix will cover all shipping fees incurred for customers in the Continental United States. However, if you are outside the Continental United States, you are responsible for safely shipping the product(s) and for any damage or loss to merchandise that occurs during return shipment. We highly recommend that you insure your shipment.

Please mark all boxes clearly with:

  • Return Authorization Number
  • Your Name
  • Your Address
  • Your Phone Number

Boxes without this information clearly marked on the outside may be refused.

Please make copies of your original invoice and put one in each box of merchandise. Fitnix LLC must receive your shipment within 10 business days from the date the Fitnix representative issued you your Return Authorization Number.

HOW STATE/COUNTRY LAW APPLIES

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
